He said it was very important' that, if central government asked for planning systems to be given precedence, that should happen. Otherwise, there would be an increasing lack of confidence in these systems and uncertainty.He said developments could not simply be justified in terms of regeneration and jobs as this could be used to justify unsuitable schemes. He said LCC were in support of the planning system. He talked of the Liverpool One development that was the result of efforts to reverse the decline in Fifa 16 Coins  the city centre.

He said the Kirkby development would affect the vitality of Liverpool One, particularly in the current economic climate.

He added it would be harder to attract people into the city centre if there were these projects out of town. He said LCC had a real concern' that this development would alter the ability of Liverpool One to keep encouraging people into the city centre, and again said Kirkby was in need of regeneration and said Knowsley had tackled this effectively in Cheap Fifa 16 Coins recent years.
